MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
MEMBERSHIP YEAR The club membership year will run from October 1 through September 30. Manager will make every reasonable effort to send out renewable notices by June, but ultimate resposibility for renewining by September 30 is upon the member.
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES Include but not limited to: Full use of the Club property for one year for hunting, fishing, hiking berry picking, wildlife watching and photography, ATV riding, horseback riding, snowmobile and other outdoor recreational pursuits compatible with those listed. It shall be noted that Hunting is the primary reason for the Club's existence and all other activities are permitted only if and when they do not interfere with the legal hunting. All activitives on the Club are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Fish and Wildlife Codes and those rules and regulations set forth in this document and Club Newsletters by the property owners and Manager. All memberships include a membership card, gate lock combination, periodic newsletters and website.
MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATIONS. The following membership classifications will be available:
*INDIVIDUAL. Full membership privileges for one person (adult)
*DEPENDENT. Dependent children up to 17 (full time collage student-21) years old may hunt with father. Dependent member under age 14 must be accompanied by an adult and Club member at all times (in sight and normal voice communication) while hunting on the Club.
The same applies to those age 14 and 15 except that any adult Club member may accompany them.
COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERSHIP. Manager will keep members informed of Club conditions, renewals, rules changes, notices, game and habitat conditions, road closures, habitat improvements, Club activities and more by means of periodic newsletter and website.
Approximate newsletter mailings times will be Febuary and October.
MEMBERSHIP FEE CHANGES. The Manager may change the membership fees at any time prior to the start of a new membership year.
Dues notices will be mailed in August and must be paid by September 30. Membership dues should be mailed to:
